Nice clean hotel. Rooms are not large but still quite spacious. Bed is very large but with a very hard mattress. Rooms have a good A/C. Rooms are relatively quiet (nothing can overcome the car honking noise from the streets), no noises from adjacent toms. Very good WiFi. Elevator to all floors. No dining room and no breakfast.

"Vietnamese people partying late prevented us ..."

Vietnamese people partying late prevented us from sleeping which was disappointing since we wanted to be in shape for the ha Giang loop. They also charged us 50K on check out since I peeled a green grapefruit in the room and the hand towel had a little bit of green. They were really rude and insisted on getting paid that 50K even though we explained that it’s not a stain and can easily be removed in the washing (which anyway they’re supposed to clean hand towels...) basically they didn’t want to listen to us and just said
