Very authentic Pho from Northern Vietnam. One of the very few and rare hand made Pho in the genuine tradition. You can watch the process of making rice noodles fresh from the flour mix to the sheet from the steam stove, to the shredding the sheet into noodles. Very unique and great tasting Pho.
