Dịch vụ kém, chủ lừa đảo khi khách nhờ đổi vé từ hà giang về hà nội vào ngày khác. Tour 2 ngày 1 đêm 1tr5 nhưng ăn uống, dịch vụ rất kém, hướng dẫn viên thiếu chuyên nghiệp

Staff were incredibly friendly and helpful! We had never heard of this place but when we arrived by overnight bus at 4am there was a shuttle bus to take people to the hostel for FREE and a FREE night at the hostel. We decided to rent bikes from them and drive the Ha Giang loop ourselves. We were given a great itinerary of suggested things to see based on how many days we had. Bikes worked great. Were given protective gear and rain jackets as well. They also helped us organize our bus back to Hanoi.

The staff is very nice and friendly gave us good advices and the motorbikes were in good quality. They even had gloves to lend us. I definitely recommend

old car. staff and the landlady do not know English. face is wrinkled and ready to scold customers for winning customers. go next to you new river side hostel.Motorbike cheap. great staff He is fluent. Good comments for everyone

We were lucky enough to arrive straight here and stay the night for free, despite arriving at 4am. We rented motorbikes here at a reasonable price and had no problems. Ultimately, some super kind hosts that made our time in Ha Giang so easy.

"My partner and I were not staying at Central ..."

My partner and I were not staying at Central Backpackers but decided to pop in for a beer. We chatted with Thai at the hostel and she was absolutely lovely. Most importantly, she gave us plenty of advice for the Ha Giang loop even though we weren't staying there - in fact she was more helpful than our own hostel. While we didnt stay with Central Backpackers, Thai made us wish we did. If we have the opportunity to stay again, we will definitely be staying here.
