Very good service. Helped us with a route and tips for places to visit and recommended homestays! They also provide armor, glasses, gloves, rain boots and rain capes/reflective clothing. Also helped us to install the bag on the back of the bike! You can book insurance (doesn’t cover stolen bikes), which is 100k extra. They don’t take any deposit and no passport, only make a copy:) We were able to rent an automatic and semiautomatic scooter and were allowed to stay at the hostel and use the facilities after we returned!

Very good service and bikes in great condition. Store is right next to the bus station for easy access. Staff was helpful from the start in providing a map and suggestions on the sites to see and roads to take for a 6-day tour. Bikes (Yamaha SP) had no faults the whole trip. Would advise getting the extra insurance for 24/7 service from PHUOT for peace of mind 👍🏻👍🏻
