Staff were incredibly friendly and helpful! We had never heard of this place but when we arrived by overnight bus at 4am there was a shuttle bus to take people to the hostel for FREE and a FREE night at the hostel. We decided to rent bikes from them and drive the Ha Giang loop ourselves. We were given a great itinerary of suggested things to see based on how many days we had. Bikes worked great. Were given protective gear and rain jackets as well. They also helped us organize our bus back to Hanoi.
