Fancy looking hotel that fails to deliver. Bad wifi connection Frontdesk unmanned frequently, had to wait almost an hour so they could let my bike out the garage. No room service. TV in room didnt work. AC is extremely weak and I would honestly prefered a fan. Shower temperature hypersensitive. Laundry impossible if you dont want enough washed (they also charge 30k dong/kilo) Towels for showering has the size of hand towels. Sheets for the bed gets messy all time cause it aint big enough to cover the whole bed. I paid 300.000 dong per night and my experience might be worth half that. You'll have better luck at a homestay or hostel.
