the worst bus company -exept Sapa ecotour limousine - i ve travelled in Vietnam in over 3 years. booked for 13h. Then they called us the evening before and moved us to 11h bus. so we stopped working two hours earlier. but the bus did not leave My Dinh before 12:40. just playing with the customers. the sleeping bus seats are cheap and sticky plastic. they explicitly wrote three times to go their garage in My Dinh, 2 km away from Bus Terminal. but the bus did leave from bus terminal, not from the garage indicated.
