If you want to feel like having a family, be treated as locals, and have fun, then BUI Homestay is the place! The bed, the duvet, its linen, and surroundings are just perfect. The room is on the second floor overlooking their garden and parking lot, and the 'entrance' to Dong Van. It's just peaceful! Not to mention, their bathroom. It's a 102 out of 100! No kidding.

It's a nice and cozy place. Staff are friendly and helpful, one staff(or owner) is foreigner but could speak Vietnamese. It's nice to have a barbecue in the evening. Sleeping mattress is soft and pretty big for two people.

Vị trí xa trung tâm. Homestay ngay gần khu sản xuất đá xây dựng nên rất ô nhiễm, bụi trắng xóa. Tầng 1 khá ẩm thấp và bí. Mình sử dụng phòng tắm 2 lần đều gặp nước ở vòi sen rất yếu

Food was good, bed was comfortable and warm. This place is more like a hostel than a homestay. Fun but not quiet. Dorm needs to have a sign that says sleeping area please be quiet. In the mornings at 6am people started talking, laughing and yelling. Overall it was good and the hosts are nice.
