"The facility is situated in the best location..."
The facility is situated in the best location; right in the middle of the town, where the activities and fun rolls around. Stepping out of the motel is enough to give you access to the old town center market place, number of cafes, restaurants, and small shops. The family that runs the motel is friendly and always smiling. They would always want to help you. However, on the down side, the rooms are bit less 'sunny', literally as well as metaphorically. Ha Giang, being cold, the room may get little damp.
