The lady who does the front desk was so helpful with our bike hire and information in regards to the Ha Giang loop. Speaks English really well and all staff were willing to help. I booked the hostel for the wrong day and we rocked up at 3am after our night bus - thankfully they do have a shared space for people to rest and shower before starting their trip for free. And they also let us cancel our room for free. Breakfast was simple but delicious. Would definitely come back if we ever do the Ha Giang Loop again :)

I absolutely love this hostel and staff. The rooms were amazingly clean and comfortable. The staff were super accommodating. I arrived at 4a, checked out at 6a and they were available and willing to assist. The hostel also rents out motorbikes. For $8 USD per day I was able to rent a 110cc semiautomatic bike with insurance included. The staff offered maps, loop recommendations and a number to call if any mechanical failures happened while renting the bike. 5/5 I would stay here again in a heartbeat.

The owner Son is very friendly lady, that speaks good english and helped us with everything we needed. She rented us a motorbike and explained whole loop route. Bed in double room is really comfortable and bathroom has good, hot shower. The hostel is a bit out of the town, but Son borrowed us a motorbike every time we needed to go out. Really nice!

"Amazing place runned by super friendly owner...."
Amazing place runned by super friendly owner. It is not wonky a hostel where you can rest and take nice hit shower but also place which serves delicious breakfast (omlet, tosts and vegetables with coffe or tea). You can share your experience about the loop with other backpackers or just have a great time here. The owner is very outgoing and she is trying to help you with everything. We've rented a motorbike here and were provided with full face helmet (it was great as the weather was pretty cold), additional scarf, bottle of water and protectors. There is huge variety of motorbikes so for sure you're going to find something suitable for yourself. Very nice place! I wish to come back here one day.

"Was dropped off in the area by a sleeper bus ..."
Was dropped off in the area by a sleeper bus and walked into this hostel to use their bathroom at 5am. The staff was sooooo lovely and accommodating. She helped this other couple who was also on the same bus with arranging tours, offered me some cooked corn cobs for breakfast, and allowed me to chill and leave my bags there while I went away for a 2 day and 1 night ha giang loop at no cost. Highly recommend!!
