Chúng tôi đã đặt phòng trước qua booking.com Nhưng đến nơi thì lễ tân báo hết phòng. Không có thông báo nào cho chúng tôi biết trước. Hiện tại là 11h pm. Thực sự thất vọng. We booked one room via booking.com But when we arrived, reception said have no room for us. Also no noticed for us before. Now is 11h pm. We were really disappointed.
