I don’t recommend staying in this hotel. Room was dirty, there was no hairdryer in the hotel, mattress hard as floor and staff couldn’t speak English. The worst was early wake up because of the car wash neighboring hotel, which started their job at 6am...

The room was not particularly clean and I had to ask for clean towels. Someone had clearly just had a shower as the bathroom was soaking wet and there was hair on the floor. The staff were nice but only one guy spoke English and the others couldn't speak a word.

Amazing staff and lovely atmosphere! Nice, clean room and quiet, but just 2 minutes away from the main street with good wifi, smart tv, hot shower, great breakfast and even better dinner with the hotel staff.They have also booked for us bus to Cat Ba and organised really good motorbike. Highly recommended!

Dirty place with carwash in front. Forget about calm sleep after 6 am. Strongly recommend to have ear plugs if you have to stay here. Otherwise choose different place in Ha Giang.
