It is a motel, not hotel as in the photo. The room is relatively small, the beds are hard, and not so comfortable. There is no elevator, and no staff will help you bring the luggage upstairs, so be mindful about that. It is not so clean, I can see some dirty spots on the beds, and towels. Nhà nghỉ chứ không phải khách sạn, phòng không quá rộng, không có thang máy và không có nhân viên, chỉ là nhà nghỉ gia đình nên nếu có nhiều đồ thì không ai giúp bạn đem lên. Giường và khăn tắm màu trắng nhưng hình như xài nhiều nên khá dơ, có vài chỗ dơ và đen.

It's 2 AM here. After a long day on the Ha Giang Loop I was hoping for a good night's sleep. The mattress is so thin, hard and uncomfortable I can't sleep. There's one hanger on the wall, no chair or table and the room has significant deferred maintenance. See photos. Please note rooms in this area of Vietnam do not have heating systems. It is very cold in this room. I'm the last one to complain about a 200,000 dong room but I'll be riding on 3 hours sleep in the morning due to the literally painful mattress here. Be assured I will look very closely in the future at the images of a room to confirm it has a real mattress. My room for tonight was just booked on that popular "booking" site and I'll get some sleep after a long day of riding today.
