Quan Ba is quite touristic. This place definitely looks fancy, but it's so great and the prices are good as well. Both times Ive experienced super friendly and helpful staff, which even let me taste my smoothie to let her know if it's alright. Appreciate it a lot! Special wishes as no milk, no sugar are welcome. I had smoothies, teas and coffee here. Highly recommend it! Haven't eaten here yet tho.
