Clean, friendly helpful staff, warm beds, great bikes to rent. This was our 3rd time driving the loop and Bong has continued to give us great bikes. This was the first time we needed to have a small 10minute repair done on the bike and Bong reimbursed me without asking. This is the type of service that they give and the reason why we always return here. Our bus dropped us off at 3a.m. and they can and opened the door and showed us to our beds. 100% will use everytime!
