Review of Ha Giang Bungalow

I stayed with Ha Giang Bungalow in March and rented a motorcycle. They asked to keep my driving licence but forgot to return it to me after the rental. I contacted them in March via Whatsapp and they promised you would return it. I provided a contact name and address of a friend in Vietnam that they can send it to. Since March they have blocked and ignored my calls and messages, and don't seem to care about returning my driving licence. I really need it. They don't keep to their word, and don't care about returning my licence to me. If you have any problems after your stay, and there isn't an opportunity to make money out of you, then don't expect them to help :(
