Phòng sạch, thoáng, cửa sổ phòng mở ra balcony lửng. Có điều hoà sưởi, TV nhiều chương trình và sóng wifi mạnh. Trong toilet có nhiều đồ amenities bao gồm cả 2 dao cạo râu. Thang máy hơi chậm và chỉ có 1 chiếc. Đỗ xe ngoài đường, có lẽ đủ cho khoảng chục chiếc xe nhỏ.
