I have recently just completed a 5-day tour of the loop including renting bikes from QT. To say that these folks are exceptional at what they do would be an understatement. Quite possibly the most engaging, customer focussed company I have come across during our time in Vietnam. Their communication prior to starting our rental, arriving, to leaving has been extraordinary. If you are planning to do the loop, travelling to Vietnam or simply wanting a few days away, I'd absolutely recommend these folks. QT and his staff provided us with all the information, gear and confidence to safely ride the loop. If you have any doubts at all about renting bikes/taking a tour/having support on your ride, I guarantee that these folks will change your mind. Thank you again!

Ha Giang loop is a must do when you visit Vietnam. Even though my friend and I didn't come at the best time which was the coldest and cloudy season of the year, we still really enjoyed this whole experience. We took a night bus from Hanoi that arrived at the early morning, yet QT offered free dorm room and warm water to take a quick shower. The first day of the loop was raining and freezing; however, our tour guide, Sham ( Chai ), was experienced enough and decided to change the route. Indeed, the weather was not that bad after it. Sham has great personality, he's a considerate and friendly guy. He bought new gloves for us when he saw our own one were soaked in the rain. He really helped us out, and without him, our journey wouldn't be this unforgettable. If you wanna do Ha Giang loop, I recommend QT as the first choice. For my opinion the route is not that easy and safe that a tour guide is necessary. I would like to do this loop again next time when the weather is not that frozen, and I will still pick QT.

QT supported us in planning an amazing trip on Ha Giang. They booked transport for us and provided excellent accommodation recommendations based on our needs. We had a Honda XR150 which was perfect for our trip. I would highly recommend QT.

Highly, highly recommend QT Motorbikes & Tours! Word of mouth goes a long way - in Vietnam and anywhere else. You're gonna want a strong, sturdy and reliable bike to take you around those mountains, and you're gonna want the peace of mind of having QT coming to the rescue if you ever get stuck. Calling all expats to give QT a visit while Vietnam's borders remain closed! No foreign tourists must be terrible for business. The fairytale scenery of Ha Giang awaits. Let QT be your guide!

I’ve done the Ha Giang loop three times and have used QT’s services each time. They’ve got great advice on where to go and top notch equipment. Most of all, they’re super friendly and go out of the way to make sure you’re comfortable. (Example: If you take the night bus in from Hanoi, there’s a free bed waiting for you.) You can get the particulars sorted later. They’ll also connect you with chill homestays where you can rest along your journey. Will definitely be using their services again!
